Shipping policy

We know waiting for your order is the hard part. Here's exactly how it works so there are no surprises. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Since our products are made on demand specifically for you, processing time cannot be shortened — but we move as fast as we can. 

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery across India takes 4 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) typically receive orders faster. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram or join our community to be the first to know. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to the contact details you provided at checkout. You can also track your order anytime under My Account on our website. 

If you haven't received a tracking update within 48 working hours of placing your order, please email us at support@fitredefine.com. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. FitRedefine is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us at support@fitredefine.com within 2 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email support@fitredefine.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
