Exchange & Return Policy

For all returns and exchanges, please write to us at support@fitredefine.com.

Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery.

In case of a size issue or the wrong product is received, you can raise the exchange request within seven days of delivery of the product (including the day of delivery).

We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we can arrange a reverse pickup.

If the value of the new exchange product is higher, then there will be extra charges (difference in the amount of product). The difference needs to be paid online.

The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit. Without this, the exchange will not be processed.

We provide refunds only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of faulty products, you must email our customer support executives at support@fitredefine.com along with the order details, the nature of the issue, and photographs of the defective product.

In some exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (no delivery issue and the correct order is delivered), then Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. The deducted amount covers the reverse pickup service, as logistics costs have significantly increased.

The refund will be provided to the same bank account from which the payment was made or to your provided bank account.

Please note that the T-shirt’s colour and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages, and advertisements.

Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the colour or design of the delivered product.

If, upon verification, it is observed that the defect occurred due to your actions or omissions, we will not be responsible for refunding the amount paid.

To avoid such issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.

Exchange or return requests will only be accepted via email at: support@fitredefine.com.

Any product purchased during a sale or using a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.

Free exchange is available for size issues, but refunds are not applicable for size-related concerns.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review the details below regarding order cancellations.

Cancellation Window

Because our products are made on demand specifically for you, we have a strict cancellation window. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.

The sooner you reach out, the better the chances of stopping the order before production begins.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

Once an order has entered production (after the 24-hour window), we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery under our Exchange & Return Policy, provided the item meets the return eligibility criteria.

Cancellations by FitRedefine

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to product unavailability or payment issues. If this happens, we will notify you via email and process a full refund within 5 to 7 working days.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations made within the 24-hour window, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
